Philip Knight, consultant at Lambert Merson and the Lexcel assessor who came on site and conducted the interviews with staff from Osbornes commented:
“To attain Lexcel accreditation is by no means an easy or quick feat for any practice. A firm must consistently demostrate the highest standard of practice management and client care. Throughout the assessment process it was evident to me that these are two areas in which osbornes solicitors excel. The firm demonstrated to me that the service, support and treatment a client receives is the highest standard, irrespective of the department they have been dealing with. Osbornes are also to be commended for their continual analysis and evaluation of the processes in place. ensuring that the firm continues to provide a gold standard service”
